Ghostbusters

Photobucket
In the ghostbusters game, you play as a new recruit to the ghostbusters team. You re-experience many of the moments from the original movie, and the sequels, such as the stay puft marshmallow giant. You encounter a wide array of enemies, from haunted bellhops to haunted flaming marshmallows.dThere are four different weapons with a primary and secondary fire, each having it's own strengths and weaknesses. The combat system is extremely, different. but in a good way. you first have to weakin the ghost with whichever weapon it's vulnerable to, than pull the ghost into a trap. The boss fights aren't very memorable besides the stay puft marshmallow, and pretty repetetive, but for some reson still enjoyable. But, sometimes, the game leaves you wandering, there's no directive. You're often left to run around a hotel looking for where you need to go next, because Bill Murray refueses to help you. The campaign was pretty long, fun, but has little replay value. The graphics are very refreshing, not leaving out a single detail.(take into account that we played on an HD tv.) The multiplayer is good, or not good, depending on who you play with, since it's team oriented. It's a great time if you play with friends that will cooperate, but a not so great time if you're stuck with inbred lone wolf twits. All in all, Ghostbusters is definitely worth a rent, and scores an 8 out of 10.
