Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires Review

Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires
Dynasty Warriors, has found a formula and if you play the series, you know that they stick to this very well. Each game doesn't change very much, but it's a semi addictive game that can suck up time. You can spend time developing your characters skills and abilities. It's truly a one of a kind game. Fighting armies away by yourself is incredibly repetitive but very fun nonetheless. The games history has had 21 games total (including downloads)[not including spin-offs]. That's a lot. Each introduces a few new elements which constantly expands the series, but not enough to buy every single one, maybe every other one, or every third one if you really enjoy it though. The same missions are reused in this one(no surprise), but now you can choose the order in which you complete them, based on your presence on the map, and what dynasty you're aligned with. Side missions have been added, which is a great way to mke some extra cash. Speaking of cash, the store has been added, which is another new feature, and i guess it's okay. The cool part about it is you can buy Lu Bu's horse. Finally. If you've played the previous games, you've yearned for that horse, but they didn't let you have it. The above differences, and a few other minscule differences, are the only things that set the game apart from the others, but we're going to rate this game as an individual game, not by what it's brought to the series. Please understand this. Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires, is definitely worth a rent if no better option is available, and scores a 6 out of 10.
